Woo Keng, 85, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2013 at his daughters home in Katy, TX. A resident of Madison, Mississippi and a native of Canton, China. Survived by six children, Ling, Stanny, Sue, Quay, Jean and Tommy and seven grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Shong Fong Woo on June 19, 2008. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., on Friday, July 19, 2013 from 8:30 am to 9:55 am. A graveside service will follow after at 10 am. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
