Winnona Braud

Winnona Theresa Lear Braud, age 86, a native of Gramercy, LA and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA passed away on September 14, 2018.

Winnona is survived by her children, Chris Braud and wife Debbie, Craig Braud and wife Pam, Ivy Braud, Jr. and wife Cheryl, and Sheldon Braud and wife Amy, Linda Lashley and husband Fred, and Laura Troxclair and husband Donny; her grandchildren, Erin (Bobby), Jared (Kristen), Kristin (Trey), Taylor (John), Zachary, Nathan, Stephanie (David), Will, Mandy (Kenneth), Winona (Brett), Joshua (Aimee), Mathew (Michelle), Jeremy, Justin (Sarah), Brad (Brooke), Travis, Sara, and Samantha; and 22 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Richard and Anthony Lear; and her sisters, Nelwin, Mazie, Mary Alice, Dianne, Kathy, and Glenda.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ivy Braud, Sr.; her parents, Schley and Denise Lear; and her siblings, Brenda, Anna Belle and Harvey.

Visitation will be held at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 15615 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 10:30am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30am. Burial will follow at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Cemetery, Destrehan, LA.
