Walter Miceli

Walter Vincent Miceli, 69, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 due to a heart attack. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a resident of Celebration, Florida. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was the godfather of two family members, Sarah Gleason and Evan Wadden. Walter served proudly in the United States Air Force and retired as a Master Sergeant. He is survived by his devoted wife, Marcia P. Miceli two sons, Tony Miceli and Randy Miceli sister, Catherine Martinez brothers, Carrol Miceli and wife Carol, Paul Miceli and wife Carolyn, and Joseph P. Miceli sistersinlaw Judith Seguin and Linda Wadden numerous nieces and nephews and two wonderful grandchildren, Zooey and Hannah Miceli. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles N. and Rose Arnaud Miceli sisters, Mary Lee Adams and Peggy Miceli brothers, Charles R. Miceli, J.B. Miceli, Jack Miceli, and Coral Miceli and brotherinlaw, Brian Gleason. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA 70816, on Sunday June 16, 2013 from 12 pm until prayer service at 2 pm. A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick Church, 12424 Brogdon Ln., Baton Rouge, LA 70816, on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 11 am.
