Vivian Gahagan

Vivian Jean Gahagan, age 87, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA gained her wings on Sunday September 27, 2020. Vivian was a native of Racine, WI and grew up there, raised her three children (Larry, Rick, and Karen), also a step mother to Barbara, Joyce and Judy. In the 70’s Vivian met the love of her life, Don, and moved to Baton Rouge in 1976. Vivian loved her family, her work as a professional secretary, passion for animals especially cats, and had a silly sense of humor which enhanced our lives with laughter.

Vivian will be missed by her sister Mary Gaal, her children, Lawrence Jordan (Ann), Richard Jordan, Karen Aucoin (LeRoy), her grandchildren, Rhiannon (significant other Tom), Ricky (girlfriend Kristen), Jordan (girlfriend Lindsey), and Krystal (husband Jeff), Dylan (girlfriend Nashwa), and great grandchildren Logan, Anthony, Morgan, Joseph, and Jordan.

Vivian is preceded in death by her parents Dorothy and Delbert Guy, her husband Donald Gahagan, Richard Guy, Tony Jordan, Hope Jordan, and Barbara Ives.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Natalie Miller, Dr. Field, The Crossing of Clarity, and all those that were there during my Mom’s journey to gain her wings.
