Vincent Martin

A retired carpenter for Carpenters Local 1098, a resident and a native of Colyell, he passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2011.He was 92 years and 10 months. He served in WWII. Visitation will be at Colyell Baptist Church, on Friday, June 10, 2011 from 5pm until 9pm. Visiting will resume the church on Saturday, June 11, 2011 from 9am until service at 2pm, conducted by Rev. Bill Holifield, Rev. Collins Wheat and Bill Pianki. Burial will be in Colyell Cemetery. He is survived by his daughters, Rosie Williams Connie Martin Smith and husband, Jackie sons, Donnie Martin and wife Karen, Dale Martin and wife Donna daughterinlaw, Jeanie Martin thirteen grandchildren twentyone great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Ella Dee Martin parents, Henry and Laura Martin sons, Chester Martin and Russell Rusty Martin soninlaw, Edgar Williams grandson, Vince Martin, great granddaughters Cassie Edwards and Lexis Martin four sisters and two brothers.
