Vera Lee Atwood

Vera Lee Atwood, age 88, who was a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on February 1, 2015.

Vera is survived by two daughters, Jan Lavergne and Stacey Nicholson and her husband, Jeffery Russell; son, Cary Atwood; sister, Sandra Pasqua and her husband, Frank; 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.

Vera is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Atwood and her parents, Ivan and Pearl Rivet.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at 12:00 PM, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home.

Interment will take place at Resthaven Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
