A project manager for Jacobs Engineering, he passed away at 12:45pm on Sunday, September 18, 2011 in Telluride, Co. He was 63 years old, a native of Lake Charles, La and a resident of Baton Rouge, La. Visiting will be at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 from 5pm until 8pm. Visiting will resume at Resthaven Funeral Home on Thursday, September 22, 2011 from 9am until service at 11am. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. He is survived by his wife, Fran Phillips father and mother, Ed and Gereline Phillips motherinlaw, Patricia Moreau one son, Todd Everett Phillips one brother, Wynn Phillips and his wife, Joyce four grandchildren, Thomas E. Phillips IV Paige Marie Phillips Todd Everett Phillips Jr. Trevor Ellis Phillips brotherinlaw and sisterinlaw, Don and Joanne Moreau sisterinlaw and brotherinlaw, Jeanne and Ray Higginbotham one niece, Marielle Babb and husband, Jerry and one nephew, Wynn Allen Phillips Jr. and wife, Lauren. He was preceded in death by his son, Thomas E. Phillips III. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 165 in Lake Charles, La.
