Thomas Hoffman

Thomas Michael "Mike" Hoffman, age 65, who was a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on June 21, 2015 at Ochsner Hospital.

Mike enjoyed cooking, watching baseball, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Thoms Hoffman; his sons, James Hoffman and wife Naomi, and Christopher Hoffman and wife Avery; his 4 grandchildren, Thomas Michael Hoffman, Jeffrey David Hoffman, Elizabeth Kay Hoffman, Grady Savoy Hoffman; and his extended family.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents, James A. Hoffman and Margaret Rogillio Hoffman-Hoyt.

The family request that visiting hours be observed on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway from 11:00 AM until the time of services

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home.

Interment will take place at Resthaven Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to St. Andrews United Methodist 17510 Monitor Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70817, in memory of Mike.
