Thomas Brian Alderman, age 77, passed away on October 31, 2021 at his home in Baton Rouge.
A native of New Orleans, he was a graduate of DeLaSalle High School in 1962 and Northeast La. State College (ULM) in 1969. A registered pharmacist for 50 years, he practiced at K & B and Walmart.
Survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Michele Pons Alderman and two children: Bridget Alderman Wallace (Joe) and Patrick T. Alderman (Ellen) and four grandchildren: Caroline, Benjamin, William Wallace and Oliver Alderman. Also survived by his sister: Elizabeth Alderman Rittiner, niece Laurie R. Hardin and nephews, R. Blair Rittiner and Mark Rittiner.
He was predeceased by his parents: Nancy Higgins Alderman and Thomas J. Alderman.
Tom was a radio-controlled model airplane enthusiast and spent many hours at the RC field at City Park in New Orleans. His wry sense of humor will be greatly missed.
Many thanks to his long-time caregiver, Latrice Landry and to Pinnacle Home Health nurses, with a special thank-you to Pinnacle Hospice.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 11 AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 11441 Goodwood Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA with visitation to begin at 10 AM.
