Theresa “Terry” Lanoux, 92 years old, a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on June 26, 2021.
Born in Holyoke, MA, she worked as a bookkeeper for the U.S Department of Agriculture and various other federal agencies.
Terry is survived by daughters Jean Lanoux and Joan Lanoux Boudreaux (spouse Barry); sister-in-laws Shirley Chrostowski and Betty Lanoux; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by husband Calby J. Lanoux; parents Stanley and Gladys Chrostowski; brother Gene Chrostowski.
A loving wife and mother, Terry prided herself on always being “39 years old”. Her family and friends found that to be a very amusing trait.
Graveside services will take place on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 10:00am at Resthaven Gardens of Memory on Jefferson Highway in Baton Rouge.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to The Carpenter House Hospice on Jefferson Highway in Terry’s name. The family would like to thank the staff at The Carpenter House for the caring attention provided to her.
Family and friends may sign the online guestbook or leave a personal note to the family at www.resthavenbatonrouge.com.
