Terry Smith

A native of Erie, PA and resident of Prairieville, LA died on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at 12:36pm at The Carpenter House at the age of 61. He was an employee of the Baton Rouge Food Bank. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Antioch Baptist Church, 2835 Aubin Lane, Baton Rouge, LA at 10am conducted by Rev. George LeBlanc. Private inurnment at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by his wife, Sandy Smith two daughters: Samantha Sizemore and husband, Tim and Jennifer McCollum and husband, Dale two sons: Michael Lee Guidry and Jeremy Guidry two brothers: Jack Smith and wife, Joan and Rick Smith ten grandchildren: Anthony, Matt, Kyle, Collin, Ashley, Lauren, Ryan, Huntar, Burgandi and Saij. Preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Aurelia Smith and a sister, Donna Smith. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Memorial donations can be made to The Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, P.O.
