Terrel Fontenot

Terrel Gene Fontenot was born August 17, 1933 in Ville Platte, LA and departed this life on August 3, 2015, after a lengthy illness.

He was a veteran of the United State Navy and a member of KC Council 8601.

He is survived by his wife, Delores Fontenot; daughters, Diane Gamboni of Kent, WA and Debby Roeder of Kent, WA; son, Scott Fontenot of Bremerton, WA; stepdaughters Kathy (Edwin) Falcon of Walker and Marlene (Philip) Erfurt of Holden; stepson, Darnell Chustz of Holden and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Dorothy Fontenot; parents Jules (Paran) and Marie Fontenot; and sister and brother-in-law Marie Ann and Joseph (Pecon) LeBas.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Friday, August 7, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 7, 2015 at 1:00 PM.

Burial will follow at Louisiana National Cemetery, 303 West Mount Pleasant Road, Zachary, LA at 2:30 PM.
