Teresa Hemphill

Teresa Elizabeth Hemphill passed away at the age of 87 on Wednesday, November 19, 2014.
She graduated from LSU with a Masters Degree in education. Teresa was a teacher for 35 years working for Woodlawn High School and had retired from Central High school.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Hemphill Crawford and Beth Hemphill Fontana sons, Joseph and his wife Charlene Hemphill, Jeff Hemphill and his husband Samuel Childers grandchildren Chase Lambert, Jacqueline Hemphill, Dillon Crawford, Jeremy Fontana, and Mason Crawford brother, Billy Aubin Elaine numerous nieces and nephews and numerous sisters and brothers in law.
Teresa is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hemphill, Jr. and her parents, Allie and Lilly LeBlanc Aubin.

Visiting hours will be observed at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, on Friday, November 21, 2014 from 12:00pm until service time. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm. Interment will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
