Tammie Taylor

A resident and native of Baton Rouge, she died at 12:40 a.m. Monday, May 24, 2010, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 39. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Thursday, May 27, from 10 a.m. until graveside service at Resthaven Gardens of Memory at 11 a.m., conducted by Brother David S. Bridges. She is survived by a sister and brotherinlaw, Valarie Sister and David Honey Calloway brother, Clay Taylor five nieces, Shannon Laird, Kristie David, Misty Richard, Valarie Nicole Taylor and Candice Taylor and nephew, K.C. Taylor. Preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert C. and Lucy J. Taylor. She was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity. Special thanks to Shelli, Kelli, Julie and Rebeccah who are nurses in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Dr. Rufus Hixon at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center.
