Suzanne Howell

Born in Wheeling, WV on April 3, 1924 and raised in Bridgeport, Ohio, Susie died on April 6, 2011 in Baton Rouge. She was a resident of Lafayette and New Orleans for more than 40 years, and a resident of Katy, Texas for 8 Years. Susie lived in Baton Rouge for the past 6 years. Married to her beloved, Jay, for almost 65 years, Susie was a devoted wife and mother and after her family, loved nothing more than a good joke. She blessed many with her infectious laugh and the twinkle in her eye. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde R. and Evelyn S. Wilson, and two infant sons. She is survived by the love of her life, her husband, Jay two daughters and their husbands, Becky and Bob Rawle of Katy, Texas, and Marcy and Hu Brennan of Baton Rouge and a granddaughter, Jennifer Rawle of Manhattan, Kansas. Services will be held at a future date.
