Suzan Jarrell

Suzan Hutchins Jarrell went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, January 1, 2014. She was born on September 18, 1940 in Shreveport and was a resident of Baton Rouge and St. Francisville, LA. Suzan was a member of Tunica United Methodist Church and the Vintage Quilting Group. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, James H. Jarrell, Sr. four children, James H., Jr. and wife Marcella, Jennifer Reagan, Jeffery Jarrell and wife Jennifer, and Jan Leg and husband Shawn nine grandchildren, Joseph Reagan and wife Mandy, Justin Reagan, Kelsey Carpenter, Thomas Jarrell, Trey Jarrell, Trent Jarrell, Olivia Leg, Logan Leg and Maddison Jarrell greatgrandchildren, Landon Barton, Kallie Slayter, Brock Reagan, and Zayden Carpenter sisters, Linda Neubig and husband Henry, and Katherine Neal and husband Dr. Philip Neal and brother, Thomas Hutchins, Jr. Preceded in death by her parents, Thomas William Hutchins, Sr. and Irene D. Hutchins. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., on Friday, January 3, 2014 from 6 pm to 9 pm with a rosary at 6 pm, and will resume on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Tunica United Methodist Church, Highway 66, Tunica, LA 70782, from 11 am until funeral service at 1 pm.
