Stanley Ritchie

Stanley Wayne Ritchie passed away unexpectedly at Our Lady of the Lake on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at the age of 72. He was a proud member of the Baton Rouge Corvette Club.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lynn Marie Ritchie; children, Jennifer Lynn Ritchie and Wilhelm von Abstrakt (Chessna); grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ritchie, Presley Ritchie, Camrin Ritchie, Hayleigh Ritchie, Ariana Ritchie, Dylan Ritchie, and Gavin Hardbarger; siblings, Thomas “Tommy” Ritchie (Margie) and William Troy Ritchie (Sue); brother-in-law, Jerry Cooper; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, Biff Ritchie; parents, William and Vinnie Ritchie; siblings, Wesley “Wes” Ritchie, Wallace Ritchie, and Patricia Ritchie Cooper.

Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy. Baton Rouge, LA 70816, on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. until Funeral Service at 11:30 a.m.  Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
