Shawn Edwards

A resident and native of Colyell, he died Saturday, Aug. 27, 2011, at age 13. Visiting at Colyell Baptist Church on Monday, Aug. 29, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Tuesday from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. David Correira. Burial in Colyell Community Cemetery. Survived by his mother, Angela Williams Gilmore father and stepmother, Ricky and Cindy Edwards half sister, Ali Grace Edwards aunts and uncles, Kimberly and Tony Villneurve, Dave and Diedra Knight, Paul and Susan Williams, Mark and Tonya Williams, and Corky Matherne grandparents, Rosie Williams, Wilson and Shirley Edwards, and Dennis and Sue Knight and numerous cousins. Preceded in death by a sister, Cassie Rose Edwards grandfather, Edgar Williams and greatgrandparents, Den and Ella Dee Martin, and Roy and Carrie Edwards.
