Sharon Waikar

Sharon Lee Waikar of Baton Rouge, age 76, passed away on April 18, 2018. Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Avinash Waikar; her son, Matthew Sheehan and his wife, Jane; son, Troy Hutcheson; and her dearly loved dog, Star.

Sharon was born in the small town of Geary, Oklahoma, then grew up and finished school in Norman, Oklahoma. A dedicated homemaker, Sharon worked tirelessly for her loved ones throughout her life. Her quick wit and rich sense of humor will never be forgotten by anyone fortunate enough to have known her.

Visitation is between 2-4pm on Sunday, April 22, at Resthaven Funeral Home in Baton Rouge. Donations in Sharon's name can be made to the ASPCA, to carry on her love of all animals.

Visitation
