Sandra Brister

Sandra Janel Brister, a retired employee of AT&T, passed away at 2:30 pm, Saturday, February 18, 2017, at Baton Rouge General, with her sister at her side. She was 81 years of age and a longtime resident of Baton Rouge.

She is survived by her sister, Sherry L Brister; her brother, DeWayne Brister and wife Linda Brister; a nephew, Jeremy Brister of Baton Rouge, LA, a brother, Jerry E. Brister of Dallas, TX; a niece Amy Morris of Asheville, NC; and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved.

Visitation will be at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA, on Monday, February 27, 2017 from 12:00 pm until services at 2:00pm. Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.

Everyone in the family would like to extend thanks to her neighbor Keith Bourdier for his help.
