Ryan Patrick Burychka, age 36, a resident of Prairieville, went to be with our loving Savior on November 6, 2016.
As a loving and caring son, brother, and uncle, he left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He was adored by so many and known for his fun and witty personality. Some of his favorite times were spent with his dog, Sadie, at the dog park. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Louisiana State University. He had a passion for computers, astronomy, and technology, which always seemed to come to him so naturally.
He is survived by his parents, Jim and Erett Burychka; his brother, Darren Burychka and wife, Tiffinie Burychka; his sister, Ashley Burychka Benton and husband, Kevin Benton; his nieces and nephews, Anthony Burychka, and Brody, Anna Kate, and Cooper Burychka; and his aunts and uncles, David and Patti Kittrell, Joyce and Julian Langois, Sharon and Keith Deville, Bill and Rachel Burychka, and Andrea and John Diez.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Morris and Billie Burychka and his maternal grandparents, Walter and Eunice Kittrell.
Visiting hours will take place on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Visiting will resume on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 from 11:00 AM until service at 1:00 PM. The service will be officiated by Brother Wayne Austin. Burial will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Burychka, Marshall Peak, Brad Harris, Kevin Benton, Terry Deville, and Ryan Schewe. Honorary Pallbearer will be Brody Burychka.
