Rosina French

A resident of Denham Springs, she died on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2009, at Ochsner Hospital. She was 94 and a native of New Iberia. She retired from Goudchaux's Department Store with many years of service. Survived by a sister, Rita Musumeche Meadows, of New Orleans; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank French; parents, Joseph and Catherine Musumeche; three brothers, Rocco, Vincent and Charles Musumeche; and two sisters, Carmella Musumeche Fagan and Josephine Musumeche Roshto. Visitation at Resthaven Funeral Home on Thursday, Jan. 8, from noon until graveside service at 1 p.m. in Resthaven Gardens of Memory, conducted by Deacon Rudy Stahl. The family would like to thank Mrs. Althea Kinchen and her family for all their support, friendship and kindness to Mrs. French.
