Rodney Dean Williams
39, a native of Jonesville and a resident of Baton Rouge passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015 at his residence after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends. Rodney's life touched many by his strength, kindness, perseverance and courage that he showed us each day. The family would like to express our deepest appreciation to both the communities of Baton Rouge and Jonesville for the love, prayers and support shown to us over the past two years. Although we will miss him deeply, he will live on in our hearts and minds through our memories forever. Our sincerest thanks to his doctors, nurses, and radiation techs at The Pennington Cancer Center and The Hematology/Oncology Clinic at the Baton Rouge General. Our deepest appreciation and thanks to The Hospice of Baton Rouge and his nurse Tina, who showed him the same loving, heartfelt care that she gave our beloved daughter Payton.
