Robert Parks

Robert Peter "Bob" Parks, 59, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 4, 2016.

He attended DeLaSalle High School in New Orleans and graduated from C.E. Byrd High School in Shreveport. He received a B.S. degree from LSU in 1978.

He was predeceased by his parents John Parks, Jr., and Nell Slattery Parks of New Orleans.

Survivors include his siblings Rickie Parks Sevadjian (Charles) of San Diego, Ellen Parks Roche (Kenny) of Mandeville, Buddy Parks (Cathy) of Deerfield Beach, FL, Mike "Paco" Parks (Roz) of New Roads, and Bill Parks (Michele) of Covington, his uncle Bill Slattery of Shreveport, several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and friends too numerous to mention.

Bobby will be remembered especially for his friendly and jovial nature and his hearty laugh.
