Robert Emeigh

Native of Detroit, MI and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, Bob passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at the age of 76. Retired from BASF in Geismer, LA after 36 years of service, he is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Barbara N. Emeigh one daughter, Sherry three sons, Jeffrey, John, and Bryan motherinlaw, Ina B. Nickell six grandchildren, Grant, Shanna, Michael, Layne, Tyler, and Joshua two brothers, David and Terry and beloved dog, Gretta. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Arleen Emeigh son, Douglas brother, Donald soninlaw, Mike fatherinlaw, Carl and first wife, Linda. Visitation will be at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, on Sunday, September 16, 2012 from 3 pm until 7 pm and will resume on Monday from 9 am until religious services at 11 am. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Bob was a veteran of the U.S. Airforce, a member of Parkview Baptist Church, and an avid sports fan.
