A retired draftsman and a resident of Baton Rouge, he died at 4:35 a.m. Monday, Sept. 7, 2009, at Heritage House. He was 84, a native of Labadieville and a veteran of the U.S. Navy Seabees. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home on Thursday, Sept. 10, from 9 a.m. until religious service at noon, conducted by the Rev. Lee McKinzie. Entombment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory Mausoleum. Survived by his wife, Vilean Kirkwood Boudreaux; daughter and son-in-law, Janis Jan and Kirk Summers; grandchildren, Janell and husband Rex Pellichino and Laurie and husband Pat Malone; great-grandchildren, Justin, Brandon and Megan Pellichino and Caitlin and Ryan Malone; three sisters, Carrie Lichtenberg, Helen Landry and Ella Bennett; brother, Seldon Boudreaux and wife Margaret; and Johnny Yarbrough and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Rene and Corrine Boudreaux; brother, Harris Boudreaux; and sister, Margaret Curran. Pallbearers will be Chris and Wayne McDaniel, Dale and Keith Boudreaux, Bobby Fife and Larry Lichtenberg.
