Richard Williams

Richard Lavelle Williams, resident of Prairieville, LA and native of Laurel, MS, passed away at his home on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at the age of 75. Richard was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from the LA. Dept. of Revenue, where he was an Alcohol and Tobacco Tax Auditor. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Linda C. Williams daughter, Terry W. Cox son, Richard L. Williams II three grandchildren, Brandon Cox, Adam Cox and Deeshae Williams and four greatgrandchildren. A private memorial service will be held on Friday, October 4, 2013.
