Richard Roundtree

Richard "Dick" Roundtree, age 83, a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on February 9, 2018.

Dick was born in Thibodaux, LA, he graduated from LSU, and was a lifelong LSU Tigers fan. He was the president and founder of Dick Roundtree Copiers Inc., and was an active member of Oakcrest Baptist Church.

He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Brenda Rogers Roundtree; his children, Johnette Taylor and her husband Meredith, Randy Roundtree, and Ronny Roundtree; his sister, Margie Roundtree; his nieces, Heather, Kimberly, and Haylee; and numerous other loving extended family.

Dick is preceded in death by his parents and his two brothers.

Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA on Monday, February 12, 2018 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 from 10:00am until funeral services at 12:00pm. Entombment will immediately follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
