Richard R. Bennett, IV, Rusty, passed away on Saturday, April 27th, 2013. He was 57. He worked in construction as a heavy equipment operator and served in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. Richard was a long time resident of both Louisiana and California. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Menck Bennett, and his three sisters, Jean Cramer, Ann McKinney and Linda Marchand. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Rusty was loved by his family and was a friend to many. He will be laid to rest in a private ceremony. May he rest in peace. Resthaven Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
