Rebecca Williford Weber, age 46, a resident of Denham Springs, passed away on May 15, 2022. The family is deeply saddened by this unexpected loss. Known as Becky to some, she attended Denham Springs High School and ITI Technical College. She lived all over the United States, but eventually came back home to Denham Springs to raise her children. Her life was fulfilled by constantly helping and loving others. She was a daughter, mother, sister, and friend to many, but her Oogey title is what she was most proud of. Rebecca loved her music, and exploring the latest make-up and hair color trends. She will always be remembered for that bright red hair!
Rebecca is survived by her children Alexa & Hayden Rowland, Courtney Dupuy, Huntter Weber, sisters Andria Harmon & Lisa Weber, mother Gladys Williford, grandchildren Aria, Ezra, Arabella, Rayelynn, many Aunts/Uncles, Cousins, and Nieces/Nephews who will all miss her terribly. She is preceded in death by her father, Randy Williford, and her grandmother, Alpha Williford.
Rebecca will be laid to rest in a private graveside service at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
“You never said I’m leaving, you never said goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knew why. A million times we needed you, a million times we cried. If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died. In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place that no one could ever fill. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn’t go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God took you home.” Author Unknown.
