Raymond Andrew Wallace, Jr.

Raymond Andrew Wallace Jr. 89 passed away on February 27, 2023 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Ray was preceded in death by his daughter Lisa. 

Ray was a U.S. veteran, served in the U.S. Air Force and was honorably discharged.  Ray was a retired engineer.  Ray had a strong relationship with Jesus and loved sharing that with friends and family.  Ray was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was an avid runner, enjoyed reading, and exercise.

Ray is survived by his wife of 44 years, Joanie Wallace, his five children:  Ray, Camille, Melissa, Jody and Micah, his thirteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren and his sister Emma Lou.

Visitation will take place at Resthaven Funeral Home on Monday, March 6th beginning at 12:30 pm until services begin at 2:30 pm. Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
