Raymond Austin

A native of Woodside, La and a resident of Baton Rouge, he passed away at the age of 72 on Monday, October 31, 2011. He was the maintenance supervisor for 30 years at the State Capital. Visiting will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 12364 LA Hwy 416, Lakeland, LA 70752, on Thursday, November 3, 2011 from 8:30am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10am, conducted by Father Gregory Daigle. Burial will be in Lakeland Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Marie Austin six daughters, three sons, one sister and his pride and joy Tinker Bell as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, four brothers and Hattie Austin.
