Raymond Aucoin

Raymond George Aucoin, 86, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2013. Veteran of the United States Army serving during WWII, Raymond loved to fish and work on watches and clocks. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Clara Cuccia Aucoin daughter and soninlaw, Cheryl and Jimmy Kuhn son and daughterinlaw, Raymond and Luisa Aucoin six grandchildren, Ian Aucoin, Holland Aucoin, Marjorie Bournigal, Katie German, Jimmy Kuhn, and Jennifer Palmer two greatgrandchildren, Ethan Kuhn and Michael Phillips and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Odon and Nola Blanchard Aucoin two sisters, Anna Kern and Elvina Pengelley and two brothers, Dickie Aucoin and Aldwin Aucoin. Visitation will be held at St. Jude the Apostle, 9150 Highland Rd., Baton Rouge, LA 70810, on Friday, October 4, 2013 from 12 noon until Mass of Christian Burial at 2 pm celebrated by Rev. Mike Collins. Burial to follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA 70816. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
