Ralph Lane

Ralph Milton Lane, age 85, passed away June 9, 2017 after an extended illness.

Ralph was a long-time resident of Baton Rouge and Walker. He retired from Dow Chemical as well as enjoyed many years of working at Home Depot.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Charlotte Brown Lane; sons David Lane (Donna) and Christopher Bringhurst, daughter Kathie Borgan (Jeff) and step daughter Valerie Gibson. His grandchildren and sister Ann Landers.

Ralph is preceded in death by his parents Bryan Jennings Lane and Avis Sherrill, his former spouses Judith Lane and Annie Marie Lane, son Darren Paul Lane, and sister Fern Hillis.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Visitation will be at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, on Monday, June 12, 2017, from 5 pm until 8pm. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at 11 am until Funeral services at 1 pm. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
