Phyllis Howell Hogan, age 69, a long time resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 16th, 2015.

Phyllis was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family dearly, especially her beloved grandchildren. Phyllis loved nature and traveling, with Gatlinburg, Tenn. and the beaches of Gulf Shores her favorite vacation places. She was a very creative person; her favorite hobbies were gardening and especially creating beautiful stained glass pieces. She will be dearly missed by her loving husband, sons, grandchildren, family and friends, as well as her co-workers at Automated Filings Systems where she worked for 36 years.

She is survived by her loving husband, Gordon Hogan; sons Michael Hogan, Brian Hogan and his wife Melinda, their children, Ethan, Lily and Savannah; her sister, Gail France and her family, as well as many cousins.
