Peggy Joyce Hudson MeMe Fugler, 77 was born on June 9, 1935 and passed away on April 14, 2013. She was a resident of Baton Rouge, LA. Visitation will be Tuesday April 16, 2013 at Resthaven Funeral Home 11817 Jefferson Hwy. Baton Rouge, LA from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Visitation will resume at St. Patrick Catholic Church 12424 Brogdon Ln Baton Rouge, LA from 9:00am until mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am. Conducted by Father Jerry Martin and Father Jeff Bayhi. Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by children Stacey Fugler Forester and husband Robert, John J Fugler and wife Judy, Peggy Peppie Fugler Landry and husband Ronnie, George Adrian Fugler and wife Laura and Sharon Fugler Whitworth grandchildren John Charles JC Fresina and wife Brigette, Quartermaster 1st Class Jeremy Fugler, Danielle Fugler, Joshua Landry and wife Sylvia, Christina Landry with Tanner Gutierrez, Nathan Landry, Kathleen, Alison and James Fugler, Erin, Jordan and Taylor Whitworth great grandchildren Morgan and Harper Fresina, Trent Fugler, Christian, Emily and Jacob Kayda, Curtis Luquire, Brayden Gutierrez and Sophia Landry. She is also survived by her sister Barbara Pate, sister in laws Alice Parrino, Virginia Davis and Faye Fugler and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband John J Buck Fugler, brother George A Hudson, Jr., parents George and Mildred Bayhi Hudson. Pallbearers will be JC Fresina, Josh Landry, James Fugler, Charles W Bubba Pate, Paul Pate and Jack Cristina. Honorary pallbearers will be Quartermaster 1st class Jeremy Fugler and Nathan Landry. Peggy loved driving her bowling and pokeno friends on trips. She was a member of USBC, Louisiana and Baton Rouge WBAs since 1957 and Baton Rouge USBC WBA Director 1981 2009. She was a member emeritus of Baton Rouge Womans Bowling Association. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
