Paula Nielsen

Paula Nielsen, age 74, a native of Sheffield, AL and a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on July 28, 2016.

Paula is survived by her daughters, Kristi Lindsay and husband John of Gonzales, La., and Karin Nielsen and husband Robert Haydel of Plaquemine, La.; her brothers, Chuck Arthur and wife Tonita of Birmingham, AL., and Jerry Arthur and wife Tammy of Florence, AL.; her grandchildren, Nielsen Chao, and Cyrus Wixson; her step-grandchildren, Brittani Woodring, Sara Lindsay, Claire Lindsay, and Ivy Lindsay; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Doris Jane Baker; and step father, Tommy Arthur.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 1, 2016, at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., from 10:00 am until a Memorial Service at 11:00 am.
