Paul Griggs

Paul Horace Griggs, age 67, a resident of Prairieville, passed away on November 3, 2015.

Paul served in the United States Navy for four years during the Vietnam War. He was an alumni of Georgia Tech and an employee of Volkert Inc. for 19 years. He was also a part of Post 250 American Legion in Mobile, Alabama and the Mardi Gras Club, ORR (Order of the Rolling River) in Mobile, Alabama. Paul loved cooking and was known as a good cook. He also enjoyed fishing and reading.

Paul is survived by his wife of 39 years, Lynn Griggs; his brother, Jon Kent Griggs of Mobile, AL; and his sister of love, Carol Earheart.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mary Griggs; and his son, William Emanuel Griggs.

A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
