Paul Burkett

An auto technician for Jeffreys Collision Center, he died Friday, June 3, 2011, at his home in Walker. He was 37 and a native of Jackson. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Monday, June 6, from 4 p.m. until graveside service at 5 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Willis Easley. Survived by his wife, Charlene Tillman Burkett mother and stepfather, Katherine Ann and Ed Price, of Jackson, Miss. father and stepmother, John and Pauline Burkett, of Walker two sons, Ethan Cole and Ashton Cade two stepsisters, Michelle Corbin and Rachel McGinn brother, Eric Burkett and wife Paeton and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Gladys and Pop Jolly and maternal grandparents, Polly and Edward Walker. He was dedicated to his two sons.
