Pamela Shiver Adams passed peacefully on Sunday, December 09, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. She was 53 years old and a native of Baton Rouge.
She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Adams and her son Jason, his wife Amanda Adams, and the lights of her life, granddaughter Amelia Adams and grandson Evan Adams. She is also survived by her loving mother, Judith Vidrine Thomason; her siblings Kim Martinez and husband Steve; Kelly Schexnaildre and husband Mark; Will Shiver and wife Kelly; Ginger Spence; Jimmy Thomason and wife Norma; and Randy Thomason and wife Elizabeth, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, John William Shiver.
By far, her favorite role in life was that of Mimi to her precious grandchildren. She had a special love for King Charles Cavaliers, especially her dog Dakota.
As a pediatric nurse for many years, she loved taking care of children. She was loved by so many and will be deeply missed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Baton Rouge on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at noon, with visitation beginning at the church at 10:00 a.m.
Pallbearers will be Mark Schexnaildre, Steve Martinez, Blake Martinez, Jake Schexnaildre, Will Shiver, Richard Mahoney, Justin Simon, and Bradley Eldridge.
