Oscar Williams, Jr. "Hack", age 77, native of Carville, LA, and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away Monday, January 25, 2016.

Oscar is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Shirley; daughter, Terra Taylor and husband Patrick Taylor, Sr.; grandchildren, Shayne Taylor, Trinity Taylor, and Patrick Taylor II; sisters, Sadie Daniel and Rita Jones; Godchildren; Denise, Tammy, Christopher, and Brian; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Lillian Williams, Sr.; sister, Dorothy "Dot" Jackson; brother, Ernest Williams; and brothers-in-law, Albert Daniel and Robert Jones.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 29, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. until services at 11:00 a.m. at Resthaven Gardens of Memory & Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA 70816.

Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
