Norma Kirkpatrick

A retired dental assistant and a resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 9 a.m. Monday, Sept. 1, 2008. She was 75 and a native of Pontotoc, Miss. She was devoted to her children and all her family. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Sunday, Sept. 7, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday, Sept. 8, from 1 p.m. until chapel service at 3 p.m., conducted by Deacon Randy Clement. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and David Langley and Belinda and Paul O'Neill; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Howard III and Susie Kirkpatrick and William Adoulas and Ann Kirkpatrick; a brother, Melvin Eason Hale; and five grandchildren, Stephanie Kirkpatrick, Ashley Kirkpatrick McKnight, Christie Kirkpatrick, Baylie Babin and Eric Penn. She was preceded in death by her parents, Adoulas and Bertha Opal Hale; and two grandsons, John Lloyd Ruth and Kirk Patrick Ruth.
