Nona Costanza

July 23, 1935 — April 24, 2010

A resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2010, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 74 and a native of Ponchatoula. Visiting at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 445 Marquette Ave., on Thursday, April 29, from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Miles Walsh, celebrant. Entombment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory Mausoleum. Survived by her husband, Frank J. Costanza four sons, Joe F. Costanza, Ronnie P. and wife Melinda Costanza, Johnny R. Costanza and fiance Holly, and Frankie R. and wife Kelly Costanza brother, Clifton Brown and wife Elizabeth 15 grandchildren eight greatgrandchildren and sisterinlaw, Barbara Brown Acton. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Costanza Jr., Michael Costanza, Chris Costanza, Joe Costanza Jr., David Ridder and Mark St. Pierre. Preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Lillie Mae Crain Brown and brothers, Bobby Brown and Alvin Stevens. She was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church and Our Lady of Mercy Prayer Group.
