Nell Jackson

Nell Jackson passed away on September, 3, 2018, age 88, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA. Nell was a member of Jefferson Baptist Church, a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Preceded in death by her spouse for many years, J.C. Jackson.

Survived by: Two sisters, Joy Johnston, Monroe, LA., Beth Smith, Winnfield, LA., and one brother, David Emmons, Baton Rouge, LA. Three sons and spouses, Michael & Susan Jackson, Baton Rouge, LA., Glen & Linda Jackson, Baton Rouge, LA., Tracy & Cara Jackson, Atlanta, GA. Five grandchildren, Keely Campbell, Rachael Henderson, Mollie Landry, Carter Jackson and Paul Jackson. Four great grandchildren, Jackson (Jack) Hebert, Dane Hebert, Connor Campbell and Coy Campbell.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA., on Friday, September 7, 2018, from 12 PM to 2 PM. A service will be held immediately following at 2 PM, officiated by Dr. T. C. French, Jr. Burial will follow at the Resthaven Gardens of Memory.

A special Thanks to all those involved in the care of Nell, The Blake Retirement Community, Baton Rouge Hospice, Home Instead, and all the personal care givers.
