Nancy Eustis

A retired employee of East Feliciana State Hospital, Jackson, she died early Tuesday morning, Aug. 2, 2011, at Sunrise Assisted Living, Baton Rouge, due to cancer and Alzheimers. She was 67, a resident of Baton Rouge and native of New Orleans. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home chapel, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Friday, Aug. 5, from 9:30 a.m. until memorial service at 10:30 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Milford Walters. Inurnment in Metairie Cemetery, Metairie, Friday at 1:30 p.m. Survived by her daughter, Katherine Byrd and husband David brother, Frank Walton Kerr and wife Kay two grandchildren, Douglas and Victoria Byrd three nephews, Peter Kerr, Ryan Kerr and wife Moriah, and Robert McKinnell and wife Tonya and two nieces, Nancy M. Finney and husband Fred, and Susan McKinnell and husband Charles Campbell. Preceded in death by her parents, Frank I. and Beverly Walton Kerr and sister, Beverly Kerr McKinnell. Memorial donations can be made to Hospice in His Care, 3233 S. Sherwood Forest Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70816.
