Myrtle Landry

Myrtle was born December 22, 1932. A resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Labadieville LA, she was called home to live with the Lord October 26, 2015 at the Carpenter House. She was a very caring and giving mother, grandmother and great grandmother to her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Joseph Landry; and her parents, Willie and Olive Talbot.

She is survived by her four children, Michael Landry and wife Beppy of Atlanta, GA, Wynn Vaughn and husband Bruce, of Jackson, MS, Mark Landry and fiancé' Paula Hargrave, and Patty Landry of Baton Rouge; nine grandchildren, Brandon Dean, Katie Little, Ryan Landry, Brittani Woodring, Kaci Morrison, Ashley Landry, Michelle Landry, Hunter Landry, and Baylea Landry; three great grandchildren Landon Little, Dylan Dean, and Landry Kate Little. Her greatest joy in life was the love of her husband and children. She was truly an Angel and all who knew her, were blessed.

Pallbearers will be Michael Landry, Mark Landry, Ryan Landry, Brandon Dean, Hunter Landry and Bruce Vaughn.

The family request that visiting hours take place on Friday October 30, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Visiting hours will resume at 1:30 PM at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 119 LA Hwy 403, Paincourtville, LA.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church at 2:00 PM.

Interment will take place in St. Elizabeth Catholic Church Cemetery.
