Resident of Baton Rouge and a native of New Orleans died on Friday, Oct. 5, 2012 after a brief illness. Born in New Orleans on July 1, 1928. The daughter of Whitney J. Bourgeois and Marie Louvier Bourgeois. She graduated from Martin Behrman High School and Soule Business College in New Orleans. Retired as an accountant from Louisiana State University. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012 from 11 a.m. until service at 2 p.m. conducted by Deacon Jim Wax. Burial in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Walter J. Eiermann. Survived by her two sons, Rickey Michael Eiermann and Gerald Paul Eiermann, Rickeys companion, Roxanne Thompson and Geralds wife, Pamela Cochran Eiermann five grandchildren, Jason M. Eiermann and wife, Lesley, Brittania M. Eiermann, Justin P. Eiermann, Rachel Eiermann Warren and husband, Matthew Warren, and Michelle R. Eiermann and one great granddaughter Madeline Eiermann one sister, Lillian B. Riley and husband, Charles one brother, Gerald P. Bourgeois and wife, Vena. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved her family very much and loved life. She will be missed dearly. She was a member of St. George Catholic Church and loved to travel, dance, play Pokeno and enjoyed friends and the theater.
