Muriel Shaffett

Lillie Muriel King Shaffett, age 97, a native of Vicksburg, MS and resident of Denham Springs, LA passed away on Friday, June 1, 2018.

Lillie is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard L. Jr. and Anne Shaffett, of Sarasota, FL., and Tim and Liz Shaffett, of Denham Springs; and eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband, Richard Leemon Shaffett; and her parents, David Millard King and Ruby Jackson King.

Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA on Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 10:00am until funeral service at 11:00am. Burial will immediately follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
