Mona Lemoyne

Mona Lisa Lemoyne, age 70, a resident of Baton Rouge, La, passed away on January 25, 2021.  She was talented in the fiber arts, being a spinner, weaver, and knitter.  She was also an artist, working in enamels, water colors, as well as many varied crafts.  Mona is best known by those who knew her as mom to 5 cats, most of them feral.  Stray cats always found a home and someone to care for them with her.  In lieu of flowers please make donations to Cat Haven in Mona’s name.  The family of Dale Jackson wishes to extend our sincere thanks to all of the doctors, nurses and support staff who cared for her in her final year.  Family and friends may sign the online guestbook or leave a personal note to the family at www.resthavenbatonrouge.com.
