Miriam Day

A resident and native of Baton Rouge, she died at 11:52 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2011, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 84. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Saturday, Aug. 20, from 10 a.m. until service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by five daughters and sonsinlaw, Fran and Bill Golleher, Rosaline and Dick Hyslop, Sherry and Bobby Craig, Peggy and Scott Hughes, and Robin and Larry Brooks two sons, William E. Day III and Barry L. Day three sisters, Rae Romeo, Mae Mollere and Sister Rosemary Montecino 10 grandchildren, Stacy Golleher, Brent Golleher and wife Lauren, Austin Locklear and wife Danielle, Ryan Craig, Whitney Craig, Collin Hughes, Cameron Hughes, Kelsie Hughes, Madeline Brooks and Christian Brooks.
